Jason’s Travel Deals is a team of excellent travel advisors, the culmination of the love of travel, world experiences, and to honor the best friends and travel buddies a guy could ever have.  Jason had two dear friends: Aaron and Wes.

He and Aaron  had dreams of a website for like minded travel enthusiasts to share their love of travel, travel tips, photos of their experience, and potentially find a travel companion. 
He and Wes would spend hours talking about where they’d go when Wes beat his cancer. Sadly, neither of the boys survived their illnesses, and Jason’s Travel Deals was created to honor them by assisting others in their travel needs.

RLC is luxury and curated travel planning from the team at Jason’s Travel Deals, who have a very successful track record in finding the best pricing for your vacation needs.

Through the team's personal travel we have made connections with some amazing upscale, luxury and experiential destinations and properties. We have cultivated these relationships to provide and curate truly unique and elevated experiences one wouldn’t find elsewhere. Travel with no pretense and stuffiness, but a more elevated style of travel. It’s not always about the price, it's more about the experience.

Every team member has gone through rigorous training in all aspects of travel, and particularly in their realm of expertise. We undergo and continue to train weekly (if not daily). How do I start?

It's very simple! Start by completing a client intake form to tell us what you’re thinking. That form is reviewed by the team and assigned to the expert in that field of travel you have chosen. A quick phone call will follow to discuss the details. At that point we will work with our vendors, suppliers and friends to curate the perfect trip for you, your family, or your whole group.

What is the cost?

Costs can vary. What is your budget? We strongly recommend doing a quick search on google flights to your destination in the time frame you’re looking at traveling. This will provide you with a very realistic starting point of costs. Everything else will be based on the level of accommodations and excursions.

At the end of the day, you have to be comfortable with what you’re spending, but just as importantly, you need to enjoy the trip to the fullest. That might means stretching the budget slightly. During our phone call, your expert will discuss initial thoughts to your budget and make any recommendations that seem appropriate for you both to proceed comfortably.

We will do everything we can to come in under budget if possible. We do charge a $50 fee for our research and knowledge, but that is applied only to your booking. Our planning and research cost you nothing - if you book.

However, if you decide not to book with us, that fee is non-refundable.

Question 6

Do you have access to hidden perks or extras?

Yes, depending on the vendors. Though our relationships and our successes with certain vendors, suppliers, and friends, we can often “find” a little something extra to make your trip more memorable. From  additional Onboard credits on your cruise, to special amenities or upgraded rooms in your hotel. We have arranged for pre-stocked villas with groceries, personal touches in the suite, and so much more!

Why use a Travel Advisor? Can’t I just book online myself?

Leave the stress to us as you sit back and enjoy your holiday. You could book online and many do! But we encourage you to read reviews from people who booked online and didn’t get what they expected, or what they booked was misrepresented. You’ll see they either had to relocate or spent their entire stay trying to get things fixed and resolved.

Do I need to have travel protection?

We strongly recommend getting travel protection. 99% of bookings do not require the traveler to hold Travel Protection, but it comes at a risk. We have seen incredibly expensive cancellations due to illness, health related issues, broken bones, delayed flights, lost luggage, the list goes on and on.

It's not just for the travel portion. Its also coverage for you. I was recently in Belize and came face to face with a shark and all I could think about afterwards was how thankful I would have been to have insurance if something should have happened.

What if you don’t have an expert in my destination?

Our network is extensive. Jason’s Travel Deals has a very close reciprocal relationship with 5 other agency owners and between us we have every aspect of the world (and even space travel) covered! We constantly work with each other to expand our knowledge and often pass along valuable knowledge and information to curate the best experience for you.

Question 10

Is the full amount due when I book?

We will work with you. We can negotiate with our suppliers to allow for a down payment and the option to pay over time, unless it is last minute booking. These deposits can range from $25 to a few thousand dollars depending on the extent of the trip. Many flight inclusive trips require enough to cover the cost of the flights. We are also happy to help explore non- interest charging options such as Affirm to finance your trip without additional cost.

Can you plan a destination wedding?

Yes! Destination weddings do require a special skill set....and we are proud to provide that service to couples. We have facilitated weddings both internationally and domestically. We will work with you to fulfill your wedding dreams -  from travel to ceremony to honeymoon!

Can I book AirBNB through you?

Accepted Answer

No. We have experienced too many travelers end up in a misrepresented home, or no home at all. We have been on the receiving line of many panicked and frightened texts from people who need emergency housing around the globe due to their AirBnB situation.

If you’d like a home, villa, apartment, etc we can accommodate those requests with trusted, backed and bonded companies that guarantee what we present to you, is in fact what you will receive.
